We are not involved in any transaction between any party who uses our site. Renters should be aware that each property sets its own refund, cancellation policy, and fees. Just Florida Condos.com recommends that renters require a written notice of the refund and cancellation policy from the owner. We also recommend the purchase of trip cancellation insurance and travel insurance, at your own expense. We are not responsible for the refund of any rental fees for any reason. We also are not responsible if you arrive to pickup your key from a rental agent and they are closed or out of business.

We are not a licensed real estate broker in any state. We are not a travel agent. We have one purpose. To provide the best way possible for you the RENTER to find a great vacation condo and to help the OWNERS rent out their condos.

Renters

Cancellation by Owner
Condo rental listings with us can be canceled at any time. Within two weeks of the day of notification Just Florida Condos.com will remove the listing. No refund or pro-rated credit will be issued for any cancellation by owner. If we cancel your listing due to many complaints we will refund half of the amount you have paid for the year.

Transfer of Vacation Rental
Just Florida Condos.com memberships are transferable upon the date of transfer of ownership of the condo. If you wish to transfer your vacation rental, supply us with the new condo owner's name and address, as well as billing information. We will contact the new owner and continue service upon their approval. There is no transfer fee. If you wish to cancel your service due to a sale or transfer, the cancellation policy above will apply.

Listing Policies
For the protection of our condo renters we reserve the right to delist any condo rental at our discretion and cancel service without notification. Condo Rental Owners are expected to follow our Acceptable Content Policy. Listings which do not adhere to these policies are subject to cancellation at the sole discretion of JustFloridaCondos.com staff. No refund will be issued for cancelled listings.

Acceptable Content Policy
Our policy was established in order to preserve a quality and orderly site for the advertisement of vacation condo rentals and in order to maintain a " family safe" environment. Note that these policies are subject to periodic review and may be updated from time to time.

There are specific locations for the inclusion of web addresses (also referred to as “Links” or URLs) and e-mail addresses in the FindCondoRentals.com listings. All web addresses or links must be approved and must reside only within the authorized "Additional URL Links" section of the ad. Email Addresses and Phone Numbers must reside only in the authorized locations within the listing. All other references to specific web addresses, web sites, email addresses or phone numbers are not considered acceptable content and may be removed without notice.

All content must be "family safe" and "G" rated. Condo rental listings may not contain vulgarity, or comments related to violence, hate, or references of a sexual nature. A such references are not considered acceptable content and may be removed without notice. In the case of disputed content, the operators of this site will be the final judge as to the appropriateness of the content.

FindCondoRentals.com reserves the right to alter, exclude, reject part or in whole, any information in the Condo rental listing supplied by Condo rental owners. After submitting information to FindCondoRentals.com it becomes the copyrighted property of FindCondoRentals.com and unauthorized copying or use of such information is prohibited by Federal law and is subject to criminal prosecution.

However, FindCondoRentals.com may use personal information obtained from its services to offer more services (affiliate owned websites) and or promotions such services to its current customers (including both renters and owners).

Spam
Just Florida Condos.com does not condone spamming and will not participate in spamming. Just Florida Condos.com reserves the right to cancel services to those who violate this policy by engaging in Unsolicited Commercial Emails via Just Florida Condos.com site or by using its information. Additionally, unauthorized use of information used by third parties will be subject to copyright law violations and will be subject to criminal prosecution.

Rental Inquiries
It is the goal of Just Florida Condos.com to reduce the volume of SPAM delivered via the Condo Rental Information and Availability Request (Inquiry) form. To that end, inquiries may be monitored and filtered by Just Florida Condos.com prior to delivery to Just Florida Condos.com Condo rental owners. Inquiries may be read by Just Florida Condos.com staff members. Despite Just Florida Condos.com filtering efforts, it is possible that some SPAM inquiries will be delivered anyway.

Rental inquires are delivered via Internet email and are not to be considered private. Internet e-mail delivery is not 100% reliable and Just Florida Condos.com cannot be held responsible for undelivered inquiries or for missed income as a result of undelivered inquiries. Just Florida Condos.com, at its own discretion, may supply to potential renters the direct e-mail address of Just Florida Condos.com advertisers for the purpose of making a rental inquiry.
