Regular Pricing Schedule
Our regular annual fee is $199.00. Keep in mind, our annual fees are significantly lower than our competitor's rates. Our fee normally is tax deductible** making the true cost of listing your property with us even more affordable. No commissions or management fees will ever be charged.
Terms & Conditions.
I understand that after
the 30 day trial ends, I will be charged $159.00 for
the annual subscription.
I also understand that I won't be billed if I
cancel
online or call before my free trial ends.
To ensure
uninterrupted service, your membership will be automatically renewed one
year
from the time your free trial ends and your paid membership begins. If
you
cancel before that time, your membership will not be renewed.
