many thousands of potential renters to our website looking for vacation
rental condos and accommodations. Potential renters contact the owner
directly with any questions and to get information on availability. The owner or
sometimes the local manager, handles any ensuing transaction and the
management of the vacation property. We collect NO commissions or fees on
bookings created from our website Just Florida Condos.com. The owner pays us a
membership fee and we treat every one the same.The owner monitors his own
page on our site.

How do I save the vacation rentals to My Favorites?
To take advantage of the My Favorites feature simply login to the Renter's
Area and begin browsing the our website. When you are interested in a
vacation rental listing while browsing simply click on the Add to My
Favorites button. This will save the listing in you’re My Favorites Folder.
How do I view the vacation rental I saved to My Favorites?
You can easily retrieve your saved condo rentals for the future by logging
into Renter's Favorites and clicking on the My Favorites link. You will then
see all condo vacation rentals you have saved in your own folder
What is an Owner's Special on Just Florida Condos.com?
Owner's Specials are discounts offered by condo rental owners as a result of
a last minute cancellation or for out of season periods or times that the
owner especially wants to have his condo rented.
How does the Owner's Specials feature work?
Just complete an Owner's Specials profile on Just Florida Condos.com (Prefered
Condo Rental City, Arrival Date and Departure Date, Number of bedroom,
etc...) in Renter Area. You can then search all Owner's Specials that match
your preferred profile.
How do I add an Owner's Specials profile?
Adding an Owner's Specials profile is simple! Simply login to Owner's Corner
and click on the Add a New Owner’s Specials Profile link. Complete the form
and view all Owner's Specials that match your profile.
How do I update my Owner's Specials profile?
As your vacation plans change simply update your Owner's Specials profile to
view all Owner's Specials that match your new profile. To update your
Owner's Specials profile simply login to the Renter's Area and click on
Owner's Specials. Then find the profile you wish to update and click on the
link titled Update Profile. Update your profile and and click on the Submit
button on the page to update your changes. Then you as a condo renter can
view all matches to your new profile.
How do I delete my Owner's Specials profile?
If your holiday unfortunately got cancelled or you havev returned from a
vacation? You can easily delete any Owner's Specials profiles that are no
longer need.Wer hope you had a great time. To delete an Owner's Specials
profile simply login to the Renter's Area and click on Owner's Specials.
Then find the profile you wish to delete and click on the link titled Delete
Profile. The Owner's Specials profile will now be deleted.

No. We do not personally verify or warrantee any vacation rentals on
Just Florida Condos.com.

arrangements to rent or use their condos, are made directly with the owner.
We Just Florida Condos.com is not a party to that or any other transaction.
At the bottom of every condo rental listing there is a Contact Owner box
which contains a link to contact the owner by email and,if the owner chooses
a contact telephone number(s). To contact the condo rental owner by email
simply click on the Contact by Email link and complete the condo rental
information and availability request. An email will be sent to the owner
with your completed information. Most owners or managers will respond to
email inquiries with in the next 2 or3 day.
Why do we not list the condo rental owner's or managers e-mail address?
We, Just Florida Condos.com take every measure possible to ensure our condo
rental owners are not solicited with unwanted SPAM e-mail. If we included
the owners e-mail address on their listing page it would allow SPAM
companies and webcrawlers to easily capture the owners e-mail addresses. We,
therefore require a form request so we may monitor e-mail inquiries. It
provides condo rental owners with information about the rental request
before contacting the renter.
We have a large and capable legal team that
will prosecute and companies or individuals the use our members information.
What to do if there is trouble in reaching a condo rental owner or his
manager?
Just Florida Condos.com, sometimes receives emails from renters seeking our
help in contacting condo rental owners. We hear occasionally from people
indicating that owners aren't responding to their repeated phone calls or
email messages. Unfortunately we have the same contact information you do
and all we can do is send them an email or make a personal call on your
behalf. There have also been a lot of area code changes recently that might
not have been updated by the owner. Although we do our best to remind the
owners to keep their page current, some vacation rental owners do not feel
obligated to return calls or emails for dates they know are booked.Some
times they will get 15 emails at once,due to the popularity of our site,and
they just ignore them,as they are already booked.
If that happens to you,we are sorry,and suggest you try another owner. If we
get a lot of similar reports on one owner,we will ask them not to renew
their listing.
